Get set up quickly

Once you’ve purchased Digital Voice for Business and your order is confirmed, you will soon get access to our Digital Voice for Business portal where you can begin setting up your new service. From the portal, you can start doing things like creating users, setting up call flows, and applying time schedules to ensure your calls are routed to the correct members of your team. 

If you have less than 8 connections, you should be able to get set up within 30 minutes, without extensive technical support.  

Remote Expert Setup

When placing your order, you’ll also have the option to select Remote Expert Setup if you feel like you need extra support. You’ll be asked to provide some information about your business, and our team will then help set up your service for optimum use. A charge for Remote Expert Setup may apply.
