Welcome to BT Business Mobile

Thanks for choosing us. As a new customer, you may have a few questions about how your mobile service works and how you can get the most from it. So we've pulled together some information to help you get going.

Keeping your number

Are you moving to BT from another network and want to keep your existing number? How to transfer (port) your mobile number from another supplier for all the information on what to do.

Voicemail

Our mobile services include BT Business Mobile voicemail, which is free to use and easy to set up. All you have to do is:

1. Call 1571 from your mobile
2. Follow the voice prompts

Managing your mobile data

As a BT Business Mobile customer, you'll receive login details for free, unlimited access to over 5 million BT Wi-fi hotspots around the UK.

Download the BT Wi-fi app from your app store and connect to a hotspot whenever possible.

Mobile Sharer customers can use their allowances in our Europe Zone for no extra charge. You’re in either the Business Zone or World Zone (depending on your subscription option) you can also make use of your UK allowances for voice, text or data for a daily or monthly charge.

What happens if my phone is lost or stolen?

If your phone is lost or stolen, make sure you contact us immediately.

You'll need to tell us your SIM and IMEI numbers, so make sure you make a note of them now and keep them somewhere safe (and not just on your phone).

To get your IMEI number:

  • Dial *#06# on your keypad
  • Press call/send
  • Your IMEI number will be displayed on screen
