How to reset an extension mailbox password

To reset an extension mailbox password:

  1. Log in to the Mitel MN3300 programming.
    If you don't know how to do this go to How do I connect to my MN3300 system?
  2. Click System Administration Tool.
  3. Select View by category at the top left of the screen.
  4. Click Voicemail.
  5. Click VM Mailboxes.
  6. Click the required mailbox and then click on Change.
  7. In the Passcode field, enter the new mailbox password.
  8. A window will appear with Change Completed Successfully. Click OK.
