System programming can only be accessed from the programming extension. This is usually extension 20 but it can be changed to another extension number in the programming.
To enter system programming:
- From the Programming Extension, press the PROGRAM key.
- Press the Scroll Down Key until System programming is displayed.
- Select System programming.
- Enter the System Programming Password to access system programming.
If the programming position has been changed it can be located by attempting to access programming from all extensions. (You'll need to connect a Featurephone to the extension to prove this). Only the programming extension will offer the prompt to 'Enter the System Password', all other extensions will display 'Programming refused'.
