Changing name extensions on your BT Versatility

You can assign names to extensions which will display on internal calls.

1. From the Programming Extension, press the Program key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key to get to System programming.
3. Select System programming.
4. Enter the System Programming Password.
5. Select Extensions.
6. Select Name programming.
7. Select the extension you want to name or change the name.
8. You can add up to ten characters (including spaces) for each name.
9. Select Confirm to save.
10. You can continue programming other names.
11. Press the Hands-free key to finish programming.
