How do I customise an Auto Attendant greeting?

Personalised Auto Attendant messages can be recorded on the system.

To customise the Auto Attendant message from the Programming Extension:

1. From the Programming Extension, press the Program Key.
2. Select System Program.
3. Enter the System Programming Password.
4. Select Change Greetings.
5. Select either Auto atten day to record the Day Service greeting or Auto atten night to record the Night Service greeting.
6. Select Record greeting.
7. When prompted, speak into the handset to record the new greeting and press # when finished.
8. Replace the handset.
