Resilience options on BT Cloud Voice SIP

BT Cloud Voice SIP has failover by DDI/extension as standard. This means each extension can be set up to forward to an alternative number, or an emergency message. Individual DDIs, or a selection of DDIs, such as a department, can be diverted separately.

BT Cloud Voice SIP supports failover to a standby circuit. If your business operates from a single site or campus, you can configure the switch to failover automatically.

We don't support load balancing on SIP.
