  4. Select Add Date from the bottom of the screen.
  5. Double-click on Calendar day(s) until the square turns grey.
  6. Select OK and you’ll see the dates and times set for this public holiday in the time profile.
  7. Select Add Date again.
  8. Double-click on Calendar day(s) again until the square turns grey.
  9. Change the times to reflect when you are closed and select OK to complete your time profile.
  10. In the left-hand menu, select Incoming Call Route.
  11. Find your phone numbers in the list and select the Destinations tab.
  12. Make sure your public holiday time profile is going to the correct destination.

If you need to set shorter hours than full days, simply add a separate entry to your public holiday time profile and select that instead of the full day.
