To program DDIs onto your IP office system follow the instructions set out below:
- Log onto IP Office Manager
- Go to Incoming Call Route at the left-hand side
- Right-click on Incoming Call Route and select New
- Enter the DDI into the Incoming Number Field
- Select Destination tab (the destination is where the call will ring). Then select an Extension, Hunt Group, or Auto Attendant from the drop down list.
- Press OK
- Repeat Steps 2 to 7 until all DDI Numbers have been added
- Go to File then click Save Configuration
- Put the tick next to Merge and OK
