How do I program DDIs onto my IP Office System?

To program DDIs onto your IP office system follow the instructions set out below:

1. Log onto IP Office Manager
2. Go to Incoming Call Route at the left-hand side
3. Right-click on Incoming Call Route and select New
4. Enter the DDI into the Incoming Number Field
5. Select Destination tab (the destination is where the call will ring). Then select an Extension, Hunt Group, or Auto Attendant from the drop down list.
6. Press OK
7. Repeat Steps 2 to 7 until all DDI Numbers have been added
8. Go to File then click Save Configuration
9. Put the tick next to Merge and OK
