Why are individual DDI numbers still being presented on outbound calls?
Your equipment has been configured for UPV (User Provided and Verified) CLI (Caller Line Identification). This must be turned off to allow the Presentation Number to be sent. This is always an equipment issue as BT's network has no way of knowing which extension is being used to generate an outbound call.
