Here’s how you can get online – even before your broadband’s up and running.
Step 1: Switch on your new BT Business Smart Hub
As long as the hub’s switched on, it doesn't matter what colour is showing.

Step 2: Connect 4G Assure
- Plug the USB from the docking station into the USB port on your hub.
- Take the cap off the 4G Assure dongle and plug it in to the docking station.
- Place the dongle near a window for the strongest 4G signal.
- When the Smart Hub light turns purple, you’re connected with 4G Assure.

Now you’re online, connect your devices:
- In your device’s wi-fi options select the name that’s on the back of your Smart Hub.
- Enter the password that’s on the back of your Smart Hub.
- When you’re connected, open a web browser on your device and use Smart Setup to manage your Business Extras.
