MyOffice Closure

MyOffice will be closing at the end of February 2024. You'll need to migrate your account before then, otherwise you'll no longer be able to access it. 

If you've been unable to migrate your MyOffice profile, please complete this MyOffice Migration form and we'll contact you back as soon as we can.

While this issue is being investigated you can continue to use MyOffice as normal or access your email via outlook.com.

If you're currently not paying for any BT products or services and only use Manage Services to access your email, simply access your email account directly, by going to to outlook.com and sign in.
