As of 30 November 2025, our Enhanced IT Support (EITS) service has now closed.
What this means for you
This means that customers who received EITS support as a standalone product, or as part of a package that expired before 30 November 2025, will no longer be able to access the service.

For customers who purchased EITS as part of their broadband package before March 2025
In March 2025 we stopped selling the EITS service. Broadband customers who purchased their packages before this date will still be able to access the EITS service by contacting our repair helpdesk.

Why has BT closed this service?
This is part of a wider review and closure of the more traditional BT Business products and services we supply to our customers.
Are there any similar packages available from BT?
At this time, we’re not offering an alternative product with similar features. We recognise the loss of this service may impact some of our customers and encourage those still requiring a similar service to seek an alternative provider.
I didn’t hear about the change – why am I no longer receiving EITS?
If you previously had this service with us, we issued a formal notice that your contract for the EITS service would end at 23:59 on 30 November 2025 (in accordance with Clause 6.2(a) of the Conditions for BT Business Services).
I still need enhanced IT support – what should I do?
If you would like to continue enhanced IT support, we recommend that you seek a similar support package available from another provider.
