An iPhone can automatically detect network settings.
WARNING! This will reset all wi-fi passwords and other network settings:
- From the home screen, tap Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings
- A box will pop up to explain the network settings will go back to factory settings. Tap Reset Network Settings
If the handset still can't access mobile data or send MMS messages, you can manually check the settings by doing the following:

From the Home screen tap Settings

Select Mobile/Cellular

Select Mobile data network/Cellular data network

Fill in the following details in the relevant fields:
MMS
- APN - btmobile.bt.com
- Username - bt
- Password - bt
- MMSC - http://mms/
- MMS Proxy - 149.254.201.135:8080
- MMS Max Message Size - 1048576
Press the home button beneath the screen. You should now see 4G, 3G, E or GPRS in the top left corner of the screen. If the phone does not show this connection, try turning the handset off and then back on.
