Accessing the BT Website Centre

The BT Website Centre is a console that brings together all the tools and services you need to run and manage a website.

If you have multiple hosting accounts, each one has its own BT Website Centre console.

The features available in the BT Website Centre vary depending on which web hosting package you have. Most BT Web Hosting tools are accessed via the BT Website Centre's main page. However, some applications (for example, Online Presence Builder) are accessed via additional popup windows.

To access the BT Website Centre:

1. Log into My BT Business account.
2. In the Web Hosting section, click on the Manage Web hosting link.
3. Click on the Manage link for one of your domain names to access the Website Centre associated with that account. The BT Website Centre opens in a new window.
   
   If you see the following error message, "You are now logged out of the BT Website centre," we recommend changing the ftp password. Log out then log back in and the issue should be resolved.
   
   
4. Click on the icons to the right of the BT logo to see your tools and applications under Manage Websites, Promote & Productivity or Support links. You can also click the Go links under the section descriptions in the green box below to go to the same pages.
5. Click on the required link to display the associated tool. For example, if you go to the Manage Websites page you will see applications to help design and set up your website. To launch an application hover over the application that you want to launch and click Launch. The application will then open in a new window.
