What is the Domains Centre and how do I access it?

The BT Domain Centre is a simple-to-use interface from which you can manage all aspects of your domain names. For example you can order or transfer in a domain name, modify your DNS records and purchase an SSL certificate.

To access the BT Domain Centre:

  1. Sign in to Manage services as the primary user of the account.
  2. In the Domains section, click on Manage your domain name or Order a domain name link.

The BT Domains Centre is displayed, showing the Domain Maintenance page. If you don't already have a domain name, only the Order a domain name link is displayed.

Why are some of my domain names not displayed in the BT Domain Centre?

The BT Domain Centre displays domain names that end in one of the following:

  • .co.uk
  • .net
  • .info
  • .ws
  • .org.uk
  • .org
  • .tv
  • .cc
  • .com
  • .biz
  • .be

If your domain ends with any of the above extensions make certain you're logged in on the correct account and that your domain is with us in a WHOIS site. If it's definitely with us and you still can't see it please contact us using the DNS enquiry form.

If your BT-hosted domain name has a different ending (for example, ltd.uk) and you wish to make changes to your domain settings, please let us know by completing the above DNS form.
