Once a domain name has been registered we can't cancel it unless it's within the first 5 days. Any products using the domain name such as web hosting or premium email can be cancelled as normal.

Normally stopping your domain name renewing and ceasing any associated products will be enough to remove it from any search engines. If you absolutely must have your domain name completely removed you'll need to contact the governing body for your domain name.
- To fully cancel a .com, .net, .biz, .info or .org domain name please contact ICANN by email at customerservice@icann.org and then contact us once they've removed the domain so we can update our systems.
- To fully cancel a .uk domain name please contact Nominet and then contact us once they've removed the domain so we can update our systems.
