We do our best. No spam filtering is 100% accurate but we'll filter out the vast majority of spam and viruses which might end up in your inbox.
This can be disabled, if there is an issue and sometimes we might get it wrong so we'd recommend you log into your email every couple of weeks and check the Junk folder in case our spam filter has been a bit over-zealous and got the odd legitimate email.
