Registering for My Account

Here’s what you’ll need and what to expect when you register for My Account.

Before you register, you’ll need

  • An email address that’s not already registered with business.bt.com
  • Access to your email account.
  • Your billing account number or most recent order number.

During registration

  • We’ll send a passcode to your email address to verify it (check your junk or spam folder).
  • This passcode is valid for 20 minutes.
  • If you enter the passcode incorrectly three times, you’ll need to start again.
  • You’ll need to set a password at least 12 characters long.
  • You can set up extra security using your phone number, or skip this and set it up later.

After registration

  • If your account already has an administrator, they may need to approve your access.
  • Your request must be approved within 72 hours.
  • If it isn’t approved, you’ll need to resend the request.
