Here’s what you’ll need and what to expect when you register for My Account.
Before you register, you’ll need
- An email address that’s not already registered with business.bt.com
- Access to your email account.
- Your billing account number or most recent order number.
During registration
- We’ll send a passcode to your email address to verify it (check your junk or spam folder).
- This passcode is valid for 20 minutes.
- If you enter the passcode incorrectly three times, you’ll need to start again.
- You’ll need to set a password at least 12 characters long.
- You can set up extra security using your phone number, or skip this and set it up later.
After registration
- If your account already has an administrator, they may need to approve your access.
- Your request must be approved within 72 hours.
- If it isn’t approved, you’ll need to resend the request.
