Registering for My Account

It’s quick and easy to register for My Account – just follow the simple steps online.

You’ll need this information to set up My Account:

  • An email address that’s not already registered with BT.com, and
  • either a BT account number from a bill
  • or an order number (you can find it on one of the order confirmation emails we’ve sent you).

As a second step, we’ll send a PIN to your email address or mobile number. It’s a simple security check to make sure it’s you. Or you can provide a billing reference (you can find this on a paper bill, which must be less than nine months old) to verify your details.

Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to view your billing information immediately and can self-service online. We’ll also send you an email to confirm that you’ve set up My Account.
