BT Billing Analyst
BT Billing Analyst uses a desktop application to run reports. It lets you check a basic summary of your bill or view more detailed information on any aspect of the bill.
Billing Analyst also has various management facilities so you can see charges applied to separate areas of your organisation.
As you receive each bill, the bill data file can be imported into Billing Analyst. Once imported, you can view the details of your bill at various levels, from simple summary reports to comprehensive, itemised reports.

BT Analyst Elite
BT Analyst Elite is the SQL server version of the software. It’s the same software but gives you increased security. With Analyst Elite reports you can check a basic summary of your bill details or view more detailed information on any aspect.
Analyst Elite also includes various management facilities that allow you to view the charges applied to separate areas of your organisation.
As you receive each bill, the bill data file can be imported into Analyst Elite. Once imported, you can view the details of your bill at various levels, from simple summary reports to comprehensive, itemised reports.

BT Analyst Converge
If you have more than 20 service numbers, BT Analyst Converge gives you immediate access to your BT OneBillPlus data, and the capability to analyse it online without the need for separate software.
As the information is now online, you won't need to receive any paper reports or itemisation, making it better for the environment and better for you by making payment simpler and reducing your administration costs.

Online analysis of your BT Bill data
If you're a new customer, you'll be using online analysis of your BT Bill data either through My Account or an Analyst Converge account dependent on the number of services you have.
- For up to 20 telephone lines and broadband, please register on My Account.
- For more than 20 service numbers, please register for an Analyst Converge account.
