What is OneBill and how do I use it?

OneBill consolidates all your BT Business bills into a single invoice. It's available to all customers with five or more business accounts under the same name.

  • You can choose how you would like your bills to be broken down, when you want to receive them, when we debit your account, and what services you would like to consolidate.
  • It's free of charge if you have paper-free billing. If you don't want to switch to paper-free billing, you'll only pay a single Paper Bill Fee for your OneBill rather than paying repeated fees for each individual bill. There's no charge for OneBill itself.
  • Payment of the bill is always due within 14 days of the bill date.

How do I get OneBill?

Call us on 0800 800 156 and say, when prompted, ‘Billing' and we'll arrange consolidation of your bills.

You'll need to pay any outstanding bills in full before we produce your first OneBill.

How do I view, analyse, and download my OneBill data?

It's easy! Just register for 'My Account'.
