To set up your voicemail name and a personal greeting, dial 8888 from your BT One Phone and then follow the instructions.
Once your voicemail has been set up, to access your messages (most recent first) you can-
- dial 8888 from your BT One Phone; or
- dial 8880 from your BT One Phone for the dial-in service menu and choose option 2; or
- on the BT One Phone mobile app , select My Status in the main menu and then tap Call voicemail.
You can set up or access voicemail from another phone by calling 07953 223888 or +44 7953 223888 from any phone while you're abroad.
You'll need to make sure you've set up a VPBX PIN code, otherwise you won't be able to access your messages.
