BT Business Mobile billing, charges and payments

How do I pay my business mobile bill?

Learn all about the four ways you can pay your BT Mobile bill.

How do I view my bill online?

Just log in to your BT Mobile Manager, select Overview from the main menu, filter the date on the top right hand side of the page and click the Download now button.

You’ll need to sign up first in order to activate your online account.

Paper bill charge

To limit our environmental impact, from the 14th September 2020 we’ll be charging a fee of £4 (ex-VAT) each time we send you a paper bill. It’s easy to opt out of paper bills and avoid the fee. Just log in to your BT Mobile Manager account, select Admin from the main menu and select Turn on/off paperless billing.

BT OneBill

OneBill consolidates all of your BT Business bills into a single invoice. It's available to all customers with multiple business accounts under the same name. With OneBill:

  •  You can choose how you'd like your bills to be broken down, when you want to receive them, when we debit your account, and what services you'd like to consolidate.
  •  It's free of charge if you have paper-free billing. If you don't want to switch to paper-free billing, you'll only pay a single Paper Bill Fee for your OneBill rather than a fee for each individual bill. There's no charge for OneBill itself.
  •  Payment of your bill is always due within 14 days of the bill date.

How do I sign up to OneBill?

Call us on 0800 800 156 and say Billing when prompted and we'll do the rest for you. Any outstanding bills these will need to be paid before we produce your first OneBill.

Out of allowance charges

If you go over your monthly plan allowance or use a service which is not included in your plan, you’ll be charged a specific rate for doing so. Chargeable services include but are not limited to:

How can I reduce my bill?

If you’re struggling to pay your bill it’s important you speak to us so we can help you control your monthly spend. We’ve got a range of add-ons that can help you reduce your costs for services such as Roaming, Calling Abroad and Data Overage.

You can also now apply a Spend Cap to any mobile plan purchased on or after 1st October 2018. This is an easy way to limit how much you spend on top of your monthly plan. It’s a quick way to help you take control of your charges so that there are no alarms and no surprises.
