This latest release of BT Billing Analyst, version 5.00.0005, was launched in December 2023.
This product can be used by BT customers in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland on a PC configured with the "Regional and Language Options" set to the standard "English (United Kingdom)" default settings.

Once downloaded to a temporary folder, extract the files to this folder using a program such as Winzip. Having extracted the files, double-click on the "setup.exe" file which will begin the installation procedure. If you're an existing user, make sure all files are backed up before starting the upgrade.
