Setting up IPv4/IPv6 DNS servers or dynamic DNS on Smart Hub 3

IPv4 DNS Servers

From the Hub Manager, go to - Advanced Settings > My Network > IPv4 configuration

You'll see your LAN IPv4 address configuration and can set DNS Servers Auto to 'No'.
This will then show a field for Primary and Secondary servers for you to enter.

Select Save to store your changes.

Note: The Hub will DHCP these addresses to your device, which may need to be rebooted to use the specified DNS server addresses.

IPv6 DNS Servers

From the Hub Manager, go to - Advanced Settings > IPv6

You'll see your LAN IPv6 address configuration and can set DNS Servers Auto to 'No'.

Select Save to store your changes.

Note: The Hub will DHCP these addresses to your device, which may need to be rebooted to use the specified DNS server addresses.

Dynamic DNS

You can configure your Hub to use Dynamic DNS.
From the Hub Manager home page, go to - Advanced Settings > Broadband > Dynamic DNS

Note: You'll need a Dynamic DNS service provider to use this feature. They'll give you all the details you need. Currently the Business Smart Hub 3 supports DynDNS, NoIP, ChangeIP, EasyDNS, Zoneedit and DNS-O-Matic.

DNS Hosts

You can configure your Hub to use a local DNS host.
From the Hub Manager home page, go to - Advanced Settings > Broadband > DNS Hosts
