From 1 April 2026, we’re increasing the standard monthly charge of some selected services by 6% as outlined in your contract’s terms and conditions.
We have different types of price increases happening too. Learn about all our 2026 price increases and what they mean for you.
What the price increases mean for you
| Product | Price increase types |
| Cloud Work 10+ Licences | If you purchased Cloud Work (10+ Licences) on or after 2 December 2024, you will receive a 6% price increase from 1 April 2026. If you purchased licences before that date, you will receive a CPI+3.9% increase. |
| Teams Phone Operator Connect | If you purchased Teams Phone Operator Connect subscriptions on or after 2 September 2024, you will receive a 6% price increase from 1 April 2026. If you purchased subscriptions before that date, you will receive a CPI +3.9% price increase from 1 April 2026. |
| Teams Phone Direct Routing | If you purchased Teams Phone Direct Routing services on or after 1 July 2024, you will receive a 6% price increase from 1 April 2026. |
| Digital Voice for Business (Enhanced or Extra for 11+ employees) | If you purchased Digital Voice for Business (Enhanced or Extra for 11+ employees), you will receive a 6% price increase from 1 April 2026. |
