Build a partnership with us
When you run a BT Local Business, it’s your business. You own it and manage it, but you get to exclusively sell our products and services within your area. So you won’t have to compete with any other BT Local Business. You sell it, we fulfil it.
The BTLBs are the main route to market for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in each local area, such as hairdressers, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as some larger mid-sized organisations and the education sector.
We have an existing customer base of over 1 million businesses, and it’s growing each day. With a £20 billion market opportunity up for grabs, uncapped commission and incentives there’s no limit to how much each BT Local Business can achieve.

What you'll be selling

Your business experience is what counts

What we need are people who have worked at a senior level, or who have run their own business. Your management experience, sales knowledge, ideas and commercial acumen will be the foundation of your successful enterprise.

What we’ll need from you

Submit your business plan (we’ll tell you more about this at the interview).
Once we’ve checked your business plan we’ll ask you to come and present your ideas to our interview board.
Time to get down to the details – we’ll talk about the opportunities in your area and agree your patch.
Assuming that all is well, we’ll grant you your operating license – and you’re in business.
