Office-friendly features
You don’t have to be remote to enjoy the benefits of BT One Phone. Office-based workers can be connected to the same system and use all the features in the same way. This means everyone is set up and ready when flexibility is necessary.
Unlimited UK calls and texts
You’ll only have one predictable monthly bill with unlimited calls, texts and data bundles – an average of £35 per user per month ex VAT. You can also keep on top of who’s using what, with real-time reporting, data alerts and caps.
Roaming near and far
Minutes, texts and data can be used in the EU, in the same way they would be in the UK at no extra cost. For travel outside the EU we charge a small daily fee, which varies according to whether you’re in one of the 14 Business Zones, or 53 World Zones. Go to ‘Using BT One Phone abroad’ below to find out more.
Office-quality UK connectivity
With 4G and access to over five million free BT Wi-Fi hotspots across the UK, you can experience office-quality connectivity, no matter where you work.
Free calls to colleagues
All calls made to other BT One Phone users in your company are free, no matter where in the world you – or they – are.
A single point of contact
From day one, you will have a dedicated implementation manager who’ll take care of everything before, during, and after installation. You’ll also have 24/7 access to the BT One Phone helpdesk to report lost or stolen SIMs.

FAQs
Can you guarantee quality of service?
Yes we can – by designing our service to fit your business perfectly, and then making sure everything is backed up and monitored.
To do this, we’ll allocate two experts – a BT One Phone voice radio planner and an implementation manager. They will assess each of your sites and come up with the ideal configuration. This assessment will include making sure the dedicated line into your business has the right capacity and resilience to provide the consistent high quality of service you need.
We’ll proactively monitor your service on an ongoing basis too, making sure everything is fine-tuned to support current and future call levels. If you need a service boost, such as more data, we’ll work with you to provide this in good time.
How do you make sure the service always works?
With a net underpinned by resilient data centres, BT One Phone is backed by advanced disaster recovery measures. These are spread out across the country, so if anything ever went wrong at one facility, a second location would automatically keep everything going.
Everything’s cloud-based, which means people will always be able to access the full phone system, even if they can’t get into the office.
How much does it cost to set up and run?
The average monthly spend is £35 per user, excluding VAT, but every business is different, which means each service needs to be tailored, and charged for differently.
We offer flexible payments, letting you either pay more up front, or more spread out. We help you reduce costs through unlimited minutes and texts and data bundles. You can then add and remove extras such as more data, and non-EU roaming as and when you need them.
See our price list and terms of use to find out more.
How do I access my BT One Phone portal?
Simply go to BT One Phone Portal and follow the set up instructions.
What equipment will I need?
We’ll give you everything you need as part of our service, including the installation of a dedicated line into your building. If you need indoor mobile coverage, we may also fit a small mobile phone base station to make sure you get an excellent signal indoors. If anything else is required, we will let you know during our assessment.
Can everyone keep their phone numbers?
Yes, all they have to do is move their desk and mobile numbers across.
Will it work with any handset?
Yes, it will work with any mobile phone or tablet. But, to really get the most from the service, we recommend choosing from our wide range of certified handsets.
Where can I get more help?
Go to online help for more support, including user guides.
