    Missing an appointment

    If you miss an appointment or if your site isn't ready for the engineer, you may need to pay a charge of £130.00 (excluding VAT). Missing an appointment could also delay the start of your service. So it's important you rearrange the appointment in advance if the time isn't convenient.

    If your appointment isn't suitable, please get in touch with us to change it. Just make sure you let us know by noon on the working day before the appointment. Change appointment

    Your contract with us

    Unless we tell you otherwise, or if we don't hear from you about your order, we'll assume it's okay and your contract(s) with us will start one business day after we've sent this email. That means you've accepted our offer of the service on the terms that you can find at bt.com/terms. A business day is any day that's generally seen as a working day in your area and doesn't include public holidays.
