Landline calls via mobile

Give yourself and your team freedom, flexibility and control over business calls by routing numbers, including those from landlines and other mobiles, to BT One Phones.

Wi-Fi Calling

When there’s no mobile signal, call and text using wi-fi instead – currently a limited service, but we're working to support more phones with Wi-Fi Calling in the future.

Manage everything about your business mobiles and calls online. Set up and remove users, cancel and block SIMs, change your call routing on the spot – and so much more.

Office-friendly features

You don’t have to be remote to enjoy the benefits of BT One Phone. Office-based workers can be connected to the same system and use all the features in the same way. This means everyone is set up and ready when flexibility is necessary.

Unlimited UK calls and texts

You’ll only have one predictable monthly bill with unlimited calls, texts and data bundles – an average of £35 per user per month ex VAT. You can also keep on top of who’s using what, with real-time reporting, data alerts and caps.

Roaming near and far

Minutes, texts and data can be used in the EU, in the same way they would be in the UK at no extra cost. For travel outside the EU, we charge a small daily fee, which varies according to whether you’re in one of the 14 Business Zones, or 53 World Zones.

Office-quality UK connectivity 

With 4G and access to over five million free BT Wi-Fi hotspots across the UK, you can experience office-quality connectivity, no matter where you work.

Free calls to colleagues

All calls made to other BT One Phone users in your company are free, no matter where in the world you – or they – are.

A single point of contact

From day one, you’ll have a dedicated implementation manager who’ll take care of everything before, during, and after installation. You’ll also have 24/7 access to the BT One Phone helpdesk to report lost or stolen SIMs.

Call recording

With this easy to set up and use monthly subscription feature, you can:

  • Record all mobile calls
  • Record all desk-based phone calls
  • Record all UK calls made to or from your landline, mobile, or extension number
  • Store all recordings in safe UK data centres for up to seven years.


MobileIron Cloud – security services

Never worry about the security of customers and business again, by securing and managing all mobiles, and their data. It features:

  • One simple online portal for full control of all mobile devices
  • Remotely set passwords, switch off functions and manage configurations and restrictions
  • Create an app catalogue to recommend and restrict what each user can choose
  • If a device is ever lost or stolen, you can remotely lock it, trace it or wipe it, making sure no sensitive information is seen or lost.

Travelling in the EU

There are no extra charges when you use your UK allowances in the EU, which means you can use your BT One Phone just as you would back home. You won't be charged for getting calls or a text either.


Travelling outside the EU

BT One Phone has two roaming options that let you use your UK allowances for voice, text and data abroad. You can add yours using the BT One Phone portal. They apply a small charge.

Option one: Business Zone – chosen from the nine most popular business destinations: Australia, Canada, China, India, Israel, New Zealand, Turkey, USA and US Virgin Islands.

Option two: World Zone – expands to 44 countries outside the EU: Australia, Canada, China, India, Israel, New Zealand, Turkey, USA, US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Turks & Caicos Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Kenya, Grenada, Haiti, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, United Arab Emirates.

BT One Phone is subject to credit check, business registration and a minimum term. Minimum period of service and Minimum Revenue Commitment applies. All onsite installations are subject to survey.
