What does BT and EE joining forces mean to BT’s offer to the market?

Nothing is going to change straightaway for BT or EE customers. Their contracts will stay the same. Over time we'll be able to develop great new products and services using the strengths of both companies.

Do I have to do anything?

No. Your current BT and EE contract and services all stay the same and we’ll continue to support you as we do today.

What happens to my current BT /EE contracts?

There’s no change. Your BT and/or EE contracts and Terms and Conditions will stay the same.

What happens to my billing? 

There’s no change. You will continue to be billed for your BT and/or EE services as normal.

Who do I call if I need to speak to customers services?

There’s no change. Your service arrangements will remain the same for your BT and/or EE service. You should continue to contact your customer service teams in the same way.

Will there be any changes to my BT Mobile service?

BT Mobile customers already use the EE network via an MVNO agreement and that will not change and your BT Mobile service will continue to operate as normal.

Are there new services that are now available to me?

We have just completed the deal and are now developing new services and propositions that will combine everything that's great about fixed with everything that's great about mobile to deliver better value to you and a better experience for your users. We’ll be sure to keep you updated.
