The BT Convergence Report contains the conclusions from research commissioned by BT on the understanding and adoption of IP convergence by UK small to medium enterprises (SMEs).

• The report reveals that over one third of SMEs have already migrated to a fully converged voice and data network. In addition, almost one quarter (24%) of UK companies, who have not yet converged, intend to do so in the next two years.
• Discover that 59% of companies with converged solutions, bought them in the last year with 56% reducing their infrastructure costs, 52% made productivity improvements and 40% made their businesses more flexible.
