PhonePayPlus (formerly known as ICSTIS) regulates premium rate services in the UK.
If you want to set up a premium rate service, you need to register with PhonePayPlus and agree to their code of practice.
You'll need to register via the PhonePayPlus website before you set up your premium rate service.
You'll need your company details, contact details and credit/debit card details for the registration fee.
