It covers calls of up to 60 minutes to 01, 02, 03, 056, some 055, 0845 and 0870 numbers, UK mobiles and most international destinations.

The package must be taken on all lines per installation.

It's governed by our exclusions, fair use policy and terms & conditions

Capped rates

To get the special prices on minutes, customers must:

• sign up to BT One Plan Traditional (12 month contracts) / One Plan Traditional inclusive (24 month contracts)
• commit to spend at least £200 per year including line rental and calls. If you don't come within 85% of the £200, we may charge reconciliation fees

Converting your Featureline back to a standard line

If your Featureline is converted back to a standard business line a conversion charge will be applied. The full details of conversion can be found here.
