This package comes with 500 UK landline minutes, which includes calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers. You can add an Unlimited Calls bundle to this for just £15 extra per month (ex VAT) which covers landline, 0845, 0870, mobile and most international calls. Please note that a fair usage policy applies with our unlimited call bundle.
We have a choice of two calling plans available with our other packages, these call plans give you additional benefits such as capped calls - which means you'll only pay a small fixed charge for the first 60 minutes of any call you make.
One Plan Traditional - For 24 month contracts you'll get 500 UK landline minutes every month (which includes 0845 & 0870 numbers too). For 12 month contracts you'll get just the capped call rates. In addition to capped rates you'll also get other service benefits
There's no up-front charge for this calling plan, you simply need to opt-in when you order online. There are some conditions which apply, you need to make a total call & line rental spend of £200 each year - and for most packages you'll almost reach this with your line rental alone.
One Plan Plus gives you unlimited calls to landline, mobile and international calls and costs just £15 extra per month (ex VAT). Please note that a fair usage policy applies with our unlimited call bundle.

We and all other telecom suppliers are suffering delays in providing broadband and lines to customers. This is because of high demand across the industry which is affecting Openreach - who install lines for all telecom companies. This means we're experiencing longer lead times.
Openreach are working on a recovery plan to improve the situation. But we'll be in touch to confirm the actual date for installation of your service once we've run our checks.
The BT Openreach engineer will need access to the premises to assess the property and determine how much work is required, i.e. whether previous sockets exist and what connection to the main network may previously have been there.
We'll try our best to use an existing phone line on your premises, but if we can't, you may have to pay an installation charge of £106.37 for 12 month contracts and £99 for 24 month contracts. When you place your online order, an installation charge will be added. However, if existing lines can be used and no engineer visit is required, then we will not charge the connection fee. If you require multiple lines, there may be a charge per line.

Yes, but only if the current occupier hasn't kept their telephone number so don't promote the number or print anywhere until we have confirmed this.
Yes you can move whilst in contract but, you may need to pay another connection charge based on the whether there has been suitable service previously within your new premises.

Automating the payment and billing allows us to pass the cost savings on to you, so Office and Office Unlimited customers won't be sent paper bills. You can conveniently manage your account online, with fast access to previous bills, latest calls and VAT invoices. We understand that online account management doesn't suit all our customers so if this is the case we would recommend you purchase Advance or Advance Support Broadband with Phone Line.
As an Office or Office Unlimited customer, you will be provided with an 0300/0330 number in your welcome emails which is charged at the national rate. Advance and Advance Support customers have access to an 0800 number.
As an Office or Office Unlimited customer, you will be sent an email to advise you that your online bill is ready to view. The email will be sent at least 14 days before your account will be debited. Your online bill will advise the value of the payment which will be debited and the exact date the payment will be taken.
