Business Phone Lines: things you need to know

BT Business Complete

BT Business Complete (BTBC) includes a 24 month Minimum Period and you'll receive the benefits of BTBC during the Minimum Period. At the end of that time the contract will continue but the Inclusive Minutes will no longer apply. You'll continue to receive the other benefits of BTBC, but no new Minimum Period will start.

Please note that an Annual Charge may apply where you do not achieve 80% of your Committed Spend - your committed spend is the value of your 24 month contract. The products and services that you include within BTBC are provided on the standard Terms and Conditions applicable to those products and services and are not provided under the Contract for BTBC. Termination of the BTBC Contract will not terminate these products and services, which must be terminated in accordance with the relevant BT standard Terms and Conditions.

  • Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland

Capped calls

UK Landlines: - Applies to 01, 02 and 03 numbers only. Pence-per-minute rates apply after 60 minutes. 2p set up fee, fair use policy and conditions apply.

Mobile: Opt in required. 6p set up fee applies. Applies to calls to the 4 main Mobile Operators only. Exclusions (including calls to numbers ported from other networks), fair use policy and conditions apply.

International calls: Opt-in required. Landline calls only. 3p set-up fee applies below the cap. Call restrictions, fair use policy and conditions apply.

Adding the Call Package

This is available to customers signing up to BT Business Complete.

It covers calls to 01, 02, 03, 056, some 055, 0845 and 0870 numbers, UK mobiles and most international destinations.

The calling package can be taken on any lines in the customers BT Business Complete inventory.

Monthly allowance of 5000 landline & international minutes per month combined and 500 minutes to UK mobiles

Intra Business Calls

A Fair Use Policy applies to Intra Business Calls. Under this Fair Use Policy, where the total of the Customer's Intra Business Calls exceeds 75% of the Customer's total calls in any calendar month, BT may terminate the Intra Business Calls or the BT Business Complete contract. Further detail of this Fair Use Policy can be found in the BT Price List.
