Once you've used your monthly allowance of:

• 5000 minutes of landline and International calls per month (combined)
• 500 minutes of landline to mobile calls per month

You will then get the Business Complete capped rates:

• 5p for fixed UK calls lasting up to an hour to all 01, 02 and 03 numbers
• 20p for calls to most UK mobiles lasting up to an hour
• 10p - £2 for international calls lasting up to an hour, depending on the country you call

Things you need to know:

5p cap to landlines - Applies to 01, 02 and 03 numbers only. Pence-per-minute rates apply after 60 minutes. 2p set up fee, fair use policy and conditions apply.

20p cap to mobiles - Opt in required. 7p set up fee applies. Applies to calls to the 4 main Mobile Operators only. Exclusions (including calls to numbers ported from other networks), fair use policy and conditions apply.

International cap - Opt-in required. Landline calls only. 3p set-up fee applies below the cap. Call restrictions, fair use policy and conditions apply.
