- Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP: Memory 256Mb minimum, 512Mb or greater recommended
- Microsoft® Windows Vista™ operating system: Memory 512Mb minimum, 1GB or greater recommended
How to get up and running with BT PC Backup
These are the next steps once we receive your order:
- We will email you activation instructions to your BT Connect email address
- You download and then install the software - ready for the first back up
- All future back ups automatically update with any changes since the previous back up
Storage upgrades
If you already have BT PC Backup and want to increase your data storage capacity, click on 'Order upgrade' now and ensure you select 'Existing BT Connect customer'.
You will be prompted for your BT Connect username and password and can then add extra capacity to your existing account.
Please note that each service has a minimum 12 month term for new purchases, upgrades and downgrades
