We contacted our customers on the 13th February to let them know that our supplier of PC Backup had gone into administration. This has affected the following products:
- BT PC Backup
- BT Business Protect
- BT Business Protect Multi
BT is negotiating with a number of suppliers in connection with data back-up and we expect to be able to provide more information on this within the next couple of weeks.
Our data backup services are operating as normal, however, if you have used BT PC Backup, BT Business Protect or BT Business Protect Multi, we still recommend that you retrieve your data and arrange alternative back-up until further notice.
