If our engineer is unable to complete the hardware repair on site, we'll leave you with a replacement item of equivalent or better specification. We'll take your equipment away, repair it, and return it to you.
On-Site Hardware Repair is ideal if:
- You depend on your IT, but are dissatisfied with existing hardware support contracts
- You have a warranty that doesn't have any guarantees of when the hardware will be repaired, or that someone will even come to your site
- Your hardware is simply out of warranty (but less than 3 years old)
