IT Support Manager On-site engineering visits are available anywhere in mainland England,Scotland and Wales. This service is currently unavailable in Northern Ireland.
*Visits available Mon To Fri 09:00 to 17:00 (exc. Bank Holidays) in selected regions.The cost of parts, replacement hardware, or consumables required to affect repair are not included in the call out or additional on site hourly charges. Equipment may require removal from site for repair or re-configuration. Additional charges may apply for the return and re-installation of equipment at customer's site. Depending on nature of issues diagnosed by the IT Support Manager Helpdesk, visits may be charged at higher rates.
