Speed & bandwidth	Up to 8Mbps² download speed and unlimited³ usage allowance.
Download speeds of up to 8Mbps Business broadband from BT is offered at speeds of up to 8Mbps (8 'meg'), your actual connection speed will depend on a number of factors; including the distance you are from your local telephone exchange. No download limits When you use broadband for business, download totals can reach surprising levels. With Business Broadband Option 3 there's no usage limit. That means you can transfer any number of files or spend days researching online - without worrying about being charged for excess usage.
Wireless router	The BT Business Hub combines a modem, router, hub and wireless access point with a built-in firewall.
The BT Business Hub is included as part of Option 3 and allows you to connect more than one computer to broadband and has wireless capability. The BT Business Hub is compatible with BT Business Broadband Voice. It is now also possible to turn your BT Business Hub into a BT Openzone wireless hotspot at no cost. Activation & installation Your phone line will be converted to broadband on your activation date, which you can select as part of the order process. We will also send you a Welcome Pack which includes your BT Business Hub and all the essentials required to connect to your broadband enabled line. Mobile Broadband	Sign up to BT Business Total broadband Option 3 for 24 months and get free mobile broadband⁴. Mobile broadband⁵ is simple to get started - Just plug in the free USB data stick and start surfing.
You will get 1GB of data usage allowance which lets you send or receive about 1,000 emails and browse the internet for about 20 hours plus 2,000 BT Openzone wi-fi minutes to use every month. If you exceed your monthly allowance overage changes will apply. Simply select free mobile broadband in the broadband order journey.
BT Openzone minutes	With 500 inclusive BT Openzone minutes every month for the minimum term of your contract¹, you can get online when you're away from your office.
With BT Openzone, you can connect to the Internet at any access hotspot in cafés, hotels, stations, pubs and airports in the UK and Ireland. You will receive an email within 14-days of activation giving details of how to get your one-off voucher.
Business Essentials	Get 10 email accounts (with anti-virus and anti-spam filtering), plus 50MB web space.
You will also benefit from extensive webmail functionality via BT Webmail with a Microsoft Outlook® user interface, which means you can pick up your email from any internet connected PC. Incoming email will be protected by virus scan and anti-spam filter. There is also 50Mb webspace to host your website.
Business Voice (VoIP)	Get a free VoIP line when you order today (you won't have to pay rental for as long as your broadband contract lasts).
BT Business Broadband Voice is a VoIP service, which allows you to make and receive calls over your BT Business Total Broadband line using a normal telephone. Subscribe to BT Business Total Broadband and you can sign up to a free BT Broadband Voice virtual phone line. As long as you keep the broadband connection you'll pay no rental on the new virtual telephone line. You or your company must have a BT Business telephone account in order to set up Business Broadband Voice. Visit our calling rates page for more information. At current rates, that's a saving of £60 a year. With an additional virtual phone line you can use it for outbound calls, keeping your existing line free for incoming calls, use it as a dedicated fax line, separate private and business calls if you work at home or give someone in the office a line of their own. The reception quality of the VoIP phone line may vary depending on Internet traffic and the number of PCs being actively used on the broadband connection.
Workspace Lite	Share and store information online with an extranet all your employees can access.
This tool provides businesses with one place to store documents allowing them to share information and work collaboratively with customers and suppliers. With Internet Security Pack, you can be confident that your system is firewall-protected and your computers are equipped with automatically updated anti-virus and anti-spyware software. You can block pop-ups and control individual PC access to the web. And you've access to a 24-hour helpdesk. You can regularly check the status of each PC via a simple, intuitive web page. 0800 or 0844 number rental	Making a good first impression counts, so having an 0800 or 0844 number for business can help give your potential customers the confidence to call you.
Get 12 months worth of number rental on a 0800 or 0844 number when you sign up to BT Business Total Broadband with our special offer. Having an 0800 number allows your customers to call you for free and you pay the call charges. An 0844 number incurs no call charges to you, the caller pays. What it costs There is no charge for your 0800 (or 0844) number for the first 12 months, thereafter you'll only pay £30.00 per quarter (ex VAT). That's just £10 per month for a great way for your customers to contact you with a number they can recognise instantly. With 0800 numbers it's free for your customers to call you from a BT landline, as you pay for the call instead - which is just 4.98 pence per minute (ex VAT). For 0844 numbers your customers can call you for the fixed rate of 4.26 pence per minute (ex VAT) when calling from a BT landline. There is a minimum call charge of 5.02 pence per minute (ex VAT). How to order your free number Details of how to apply for your 0800 or 0844 number will be contained in your broadband welcome email. BT will confirm acceptance of the order by email which will include the 0800 or 0844 number and the estimated service start date. 2. Factors affecting speed also include local availability and line test. If your line will not support up to 8Mbps, we'll offer the best available speed on your line. Existing Business Broadband customers: A new 12 month term will start from the date of your regrade. The timing of your regrade will depend on the level of demand for up to 8Mb download speeds.
