- Multiple line connection - £106.37 per new business PSTN line (regardless of the number of lines ordered)
- Cancellations: You may cancel this contract or any part of the service at any time before BT provides your line. However, you may be liable for any work done or money spent in getting ready to provide the service. There will be a charge of £15 per cancellation request (not per line cancelled, so if multiple cancellations are required on one request, there will be a single £15 charge).
