Standard Care: Mon - Fri 0800-1700 BT will respond by the end of the next working day. Excludes; Bank and Public holidays.
Prompt Care: Mon - Sat 0800-1700 BT will respond within 4 working hours of receipt of a fault. Excludes; Bank and Public holidays.
Total Care: Mon - Sun 24/7 365 days includes Bank and Public holidays. BT will respond within 4 working hours of receipt of the fault.
