Once you have ordered BT Hosted VoIP, you will receive an email with details of your lines ordered, confirmation of your password and a link to BT Hosted VoIP account selfcare.

All you then need to do is follow this simple activation email and just plug any IP telephones ordered with the service into your Broadband router.

We recommend you use a dedicated BT Business Broadband connection for the service. This should ensure voice quality is maximised and not impacted by any potential internet or data usage.
