Unlimited Wi-Fi minutes

You need to opt in to get this service and to have signed up for a minimum 12 or 24 months.

• You will have unlimited Wi-Fi minutes with all new BT Business broadband lines
• You'll get a voucher which will enable your Wi-Fi minutes
• One voucher will be issued per BT Business Broadband connection
• You'll need wireless-enabled device to benefit from Openzone minutes
• You can use your minutes in hotspots if coverage is available

Broadband speed

Up to 20Mb refers to the maximum download speed (upload speeds are slower). Up to 20Mb download speeds depend on factors including:

• Local availability
• Line test
• Distance from exchange

If your line won't support up to 20Mb download speeds, we'll offer the best speed available on your line.

500 UK inclusive calling minutes

• The offer comprises 500 minutes per calendar month per eligible line
• You can't carry over unused minutes
• Standard rates apply after the minutes have been used
• At least one chargeable call must be made per calendar month
• The offer covers fixed line calls to 01, 02, 03, 056 and some 055 numbers charged at g21 rates, 0845, 0870 and from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland

To get one of these numbers, you need to opt in. They are available to new BT Advance/Advance Support customers or existing customers who renew their contracts.
