Fibre broadband
BT Business Total Broadband requires BT line or similar and a Fibre compatible router with Ethernet WAN interface. 12/24 month minimum term. Fibre costs £35/£30 a month, Fibre Plus service cost £50/£45 a month. One off connection charge of £75 applies. Subject to availability, geographic location, line capability and conditions.
Openzone minutes
Opt-in required. Minimum 12 or 24 month term required. 250 minutes a month (Option 2 & Network) and 500 minutes a month (Option 3 & Fibre), provided during minimum term only. One-off voucher will provide for all minutes available during the minimum term (3,000 or 6,000 for Option 2 & Network and 6,000 or 12,000 for Option 3 & Fibre). Only one voucher per BT Business Total Broadband connection. Wireless-enabled equipment required. Minutes can be used in hotspots, subject to coverage. Excludes downgrades. Conditions apply.
0800/0844 number
Available to New BT Business Total Broadband customers or existing customers who re-sign or upgrade to BT Business Total Broadband. Limited to one 0800 or 0844 number per customer. Basic Service only is provided. BT line required. The charges not listed here for any services will be charged in accordance with the BT Price List. 0800 and 0844 Telemarketing Services are provided subject to BT's standard Conditions for BT Business Communications Service (Telemarketing Services).
Mobile Broadband
One mobile broadband USB Datastick per connection available to new and existing Option 3 with Inclusive Mobile Broadband customers who re-sign provided they are within the final 3 months of their current minimum term. 12 or 24 month minimum term contract on Option 3 (monthly price £45 or £30 a month). Unlike the BT Mobile Broadband standalone product, monthly usage limits apply: Data Usage Allowance - 1 GB; BT Openzone Minute Allowance - 2000 minutes. If exceeded charges apply: 10p per extra MB data usage; 10p per extra Wi-Fi minute (£40 per month cap applies). Unused allowances cannot be rolled over to the next month. BT's standard terms and conditions for the relevant service will apply. Broadband available in BT Openzone hotspots, internet use subject to mobile network coverage. Excludes international roaming. 25% saving based on the cost of Option 1 with a 24-month minimum term when compared with the same option on a 12-month minimum term.
