Service guarantee
Service level guarantee
Our internet access, email and website services are designed to be available 24 hours a day, every day. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your service, we guarantee to repair faults within 24 hours.
Service guarantee claim
If the qualifying fault isn't repaired within 24 hours, you may claim a service level credit within 90 days of the end of the month in which you reported the fault.
